ROUZ UP ACADEMY TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Rouz Up Academy mobile application (“App”) operated by Rouz Up Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Rouz Up Academy provides educational content and courses focused on financial literacy, wealth building, and generational wealth concepts through our mobile application.

3. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT DISCLAIMER

Important: All content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions. We make no guarantees about financial outcomes from using our educational content.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

  • You must be 13 years or older to create an account
  • Users under 18 should use the App with parental supervision
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

  • Course access may require paid subscriptions
  • Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
  • Prices may change with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers
  • Payment processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated

6. REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies
  • Requests for refunds must be made through the respective app store
  • We do not process direct refunds outside of app store policies

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purposes
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
  • Upload malicious content or spam
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the App to provide financial advice to others

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All App content is owned by Rouz Up Academy
  • You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission
  • You retain rights to any content you create or submit
  • By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for App improvement

9. PRIVACY POLICY

10. APP AVAILABILITY

  • We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • The App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
  • Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion

11. TERMINATION

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your access to paid content will cease

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROUZ UP ACADEMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

  • THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
  • WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED
  • YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK

14. GOVERNING LAW
